Save Costs? Lock 'em out!

I am at Halifax Railway Station and have just bought a ticket costing almost £200. As usual i am early and the temperature is sub zero.

I thought i'd sit in the waiting room to keep warm. Good idea! Forget it though, it's locked.

This is the age of the train but not the the age of passenger comfort and convenience.
