How can we remove the Data Validation format of a cell in Excel? This page explains how to do just that!
To remove Data Validation in a cell
Click the cell that contains the Data Validation then: Data … Data Tools … Data Validation, as below
That will open the following dialogue box: click on Any Value, as illustrated below and the cell is reset.
