As we arrived at the boat station we were the first to arrive and we were firmly told where to wait. Many people joined the queue.
The boat arrived and we were told to move down to it. For some reason there was a group of six or so people already down in the boarding area near the boat and as we got to them I asked one man whom I had heard speaking English if he was waiting for that boat. Immediately he moved aside and said in a very loud voice, "If you want to go in front of us go right ahead." I thought, what an uncalled for and immature response that was. I declined his offer!

As we docked at the night market I looked back up the river and there was the most fantastic view of the Bangkok skyline to behold. For dead battery reasons that photo is not with me just yet!
