Stuart Rose (bogus Chairman of M&S) has opened his empty mouth again. Rose is reported as saying that the government was too slow to react to recent financial market woes.

Are you a shareholder in Marks & Spencer? Sorry, Rose is letting you down again as it's fallen yet again as analysts are finally realising that the company is being led by a very ordinary man.
