A great deal has been written about leadership and team work and related topics. Here is a story that is ten Everest Summits in the making: Mountain Queen the Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa. I got that from a Netflix film that just made it to my inbox.
Lhakpa is a woman from Nepal and her family name reveals her background! She has climbed Mountain Everest a record breaking ten times: given that she has been living in the USA for many years, it’s a credit to her that she has kept alive her love of “God mother” mountain.
If your eyes don’t turn to water as she receives the Sherpa Tensing Norgay award, I would be very surprised!
