Well, a bit tongue in cheek as it's an internal matter. As always, I am working in a non native speaking environment and having been here for around 18 months I have developed an academic strategy that includes new recruit students being made to present their findings on various topics from very early in their first term.

The other day my immediate subordinate suggested getting the new students to make presentations ... !!!
